Designs from conceptualization to detailing with the use of the world's famous Computer Aided Design Software, AutoCAD, Revit Building, Revit architecture adipisicing TABS AND STAAD PRO software to provide top-notch support. Assuring stability and reliability of various types of structures.

Management

Provides technical and expertise in civil, architectural, sanitary, electrical and mechanical works for bulding various types of structures. Oversees construction of building structures. Provides detailed cost estimates, project scheduling, performace evaluation, cost control and quality assurance.

About us

MG Legacy Builders & Architectures was established July of 2021 with the sole purpose proprietorship of Engr. Melchor S. Garcia, a registered mechanical engineer with 43 years of experience in the construction industry, (building and industrial) both local and overseas. Having in mind the current pandemic, he still has the vision to deliver quality service and results to his clients at a reasonable rate.

MG Legacy Builders & Architecture intends to enter the arena in constuction and project management to redefine the experience of quality construction through excellent design, innovative planning and well-managed execution. Aside from its handful engineers and architects, skills and knowledge in all engineering discipline. We also cater various industrial, commercial, buildings and high-rise redidential complex projects that will spearhead the company towards commendable project execution. MG Legacy Builders & Architectures also aims to provide job opportunities for qualified engineers who have been affected by their company's work restrictions and non-essential projects work stoppage due to pandemic.
